Location, Location, Location! Bent Creek House is just minutes from everything Asheville has to offer. Pisgah National Forest trail access & Bent Creek mountain bike trails are less than 1/10 of a mile from the front door! French Broad River access, the AVL Arboretum and the Blue Ridge Parkway are less than 2 miles away! The house is ideally situated less than 9 miles to downtown Asheville, AVL Airport, or the Biltmore Estate. This cozy house offers everything you need for the perfect vacation!

Bent Creek House is located in the quiet, family friendly, Bent Creek neighborhood. Throughout the house you will find new beds and premium bedding. Two renovated bathrooms and new living room furniture add to the overall comfort and enjoyment during your stay. Plenty of comfortable living space on the main level, and additionally, a spacious den with ample seating, foosball table, card table and board games, and an office space are provided on the lower level. A full sized laundry room with washer, dryer, plus a large folding area is also located on the lower level. The house is equipped with many modern technologies, including: Roku TV's in the living room, den, and King and Queen Bedrooms; Spotify account and Sonos speaker system, operable from a wall mounted iPad or downloaded phone app; and high-speed WiFi throughout. Cell service can be spotty at times in the neighborhood, however, enabling WiFi calling on your phone is a quick fix to the problem. Google Nest Mesh WiFi provides a strong signal on the entire property and on both floors.

Fun in south Asheville

Great location! Lovely neighborhood and easy access to BR Parkway which we used several times to move about Aville. The house is very well equipped and the king bed is super comfy. Didn’t use the multi-room sound system but it looks very sophisticated. Enjoyed grilling twice and our dog loved frisbee time in the spacious and quiet backyard. Michael our host was very responsive and accommodating! We’ve already booked to come back next year!

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in.

The house is adorable and in a great neighborhood. There are two trails just steps from the front door if you want to get some steps in. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for opening your home for us.

First Time Visiting Ashville

We were traveling with our two college aged children. After spending a few days hiking in The Smoky Mountains, we planned spending a couple days in Ashville to explore the River Arts District. We liked staying at the Bent Creek house located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient location for the short drive to the RAD. The house was very clean and the check-in and check-out process super easy. We would stay here again.

Great Location!

The house was exactly as described! Easy check-in and the house was spotless. It is right next to trails, close to the Biltmore, N.C. Arboretum, and Blue Ridge Parkway. The beds were extremely comfortable and the layout of the house was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Sisters Weekend

What a great time! The house is as terrific as it looks—clean, comfortable, well stocked. We loved the nearby hiking trails, too! Communication from the host was some of the very best I’ve ever had. Michael is a rockstar at making sure you have all your questions answered and everything you need. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location & quiet

The location was perfect for getting to Biltmore Estate and downtown easily. Nearby grocery & shops were convenient. Easy check-in process. House was spotless, well kept and very tastefully decorated. Home is in an older, quiet family neighborhood.

Great location!

This house was so sweet! The master shower is wonderful and I wanted to bring it home!🚿 I had the pleasure of meeting Michael while we were there and he is such a kind man. The location is close to shopping areas, restaurants, and local highways. I would highly recommend!

Great property!

We had a great time at Michael's place in Bent Creek. It was located next to a bike trail along with a small park and pump track which was so much fun for our 10 year old. The home was well maintained and very clean in a great neighborhood. It also had easy access to many of the local attractions. The host was very responsive as needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect house

We all loved this house! (Family with 10 and 13 year old). It is right next to trails, close to the Biltmore, downtown Asheville, and Pigsah National Forest hikes, and a lot of other activities like the Arboretum that we didn’t have time for in a relatively short stay. There is a small playground close by with small practice mountain biking courses. We saw a black bear one evening (we and it stayed at a safe distance). The place is immaculate, bright, and well stocked. There is a central music system which is a unique feature and we took advantage of it each evening playing family board games. The owners clearly take pride in their home. Communication was excellent. We would stay here again if we return to Asheville!

Bent creek biking

Wonderful and very clean property. We would definitely stay again. We went to Asheville to primarily to mountain bike (house within minutes of Bent Creek trailheads) and enjoy the Asheville area. Right off the Blue Ridge parkway. House is a very nice layout for older kids. Bedrooms/kitchen/living upstairs and a basement with TV and games for kids to retreat to.

Perfect!

We had such a wonderful time! The location was prefect and the house was so comfortable for our family. We were able to visit the sites and were close enough to come back and rest with the baby. We even had a mama bear and two cubs visit the backyard! Such a beautiful area and loved the nature!

Amazing location

Bent Creek house rocks!

Awesome little house! Very comfortable with plenty of connectivity and entertaining for all. We loved the master bath shower. Close enough to trails and everything else, but nice and quiet being outside the city. Nice neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Fall visit to Asheville and Biltmore

This is a lovely home located near many places to visit The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is very clean. There are trails and a playground all within walking distance of the house. Our pup loved it. We visited the Arboretum, Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway and Farmers Market and shopping. Everything is close by. There are several restuarants recommended by our host and we tried 5. They were all fantastic. Communication between us and the host was perfect. I highly recommend this place and if/when we visit Asheville again, we hope to stay here.

Bent Creek house stay.

We are an active family and stayed with our 3 teenage sons. The house was clean and comfortable, and although it is in a subdivision it felt very private. My boys loved the foosball table and had tournaments every night. The property owners were easily accessible. The location was excellent for access to Bent Creek MTB trails, some of which are literally right next to the property. Also very close for exploring Pisgah National Forest and Asheville.
