Is situated near the main attractions, bars and restaurants, night clubs, but at the same same time isolated from the noise of the main street.

Very stylish and comfortable Studio apartment in the Old Town of Kaunas!
Perfect place for a couple or solo traveller. The apartment can sleep 2 people, a big double bed. The Studio apartment is on the ground floor with a separate entrance! Fully equipped kitchen: all kitchen necessities, dishes, cutlery and glasses. Microwave and a small stove for cooking. The apartment has independent heating, free high-speed WiFi and cable TV
Fresh Linen/Towels.
Guests can use all entire place. Interconnected room available (same studio flat next door, up to 8 people).

Shared laundry room with other guests (for washing clothes and ironing).

Great location, facilities problems

As described in the name, this is a Minimalist Studio. The key issue is the washer is in a separate, disused building next door. To get to the washer means to walk into an empty building which is open to everyone in the center of town. When we were there, there were puddles of urine and bags of kitchen garbage with clouds of flies in front of the washer room. As a result the floor of the Minimalist Studio was quite dirty.

Really comfortable and cool place

It was really nice in the apartment. Looks bigger than on a pictures, and it was rally cute and comfortable.
