The beach awaits! Make the Carolinian Beach Resort your next destination location. Enjoy great amenities throughout the condo and the entire property.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be completed on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub free of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grand) is located across the street.
This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a week for baseball and didn't spend much time in the condo but it was an excellent space! Washer/dryer was key as was location. Perfect view of the beach! Had we been rained out and forced to spend time inside, the condo would have accomodated us perfectly.

Great room

This was a great, clean room. We Loved having a washer and dryer, and full kitchen along with the oceanfront view. Also the breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s was great addition to the stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

This was our first time in SC. Everything was perfect! The staff were so incredibly nice and helpful. The condo was perfect. It was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The views were stunning. Everything we needed was easily accessible. This was our first time visiting but it certainly won’t be the last!

Great Location and Service but...

Loved the view and amenities. Disappointed in the living room couch. Pics were taken when everything was brand new. The blue couch looks more grungy grey and sags terribly. Beds were clean and comfortable. Service was awesome and breakfast at Magnolia's was a delicious time saving perk.

They don’t mention you park a block away. Which was a big turn off for us. NO smoking even on balcony which is a BIG NO again. The wash clothes were very stained and dirty looking. But overall it was a nice stay. It is just not a place we will stay at again.

Great Location

Our stay was amazing in unit 932! All the rooms were big and spacious (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc). The condo provided amazing ocean views and the breakfast at Magnolias was phenomenal! All the added perks are pretty cool too. Parking is 2 blocks back but it is not as bad as one would think. The only thing I can fuss about (and it's just me being picky), there is not a ceiling fan in the bedroom. We kept the thermostat on 68 but it was still warm in the bedroom. Not a deal breaker by any means, we just went and bought a box fan! I will recommend this resort and we will be back!

First time seeing the ocean

The view was absolutely stunning. Condo was clean, but the kitchen did have ROACHES. Coffee pot didnt work, and I told the front desk but they took their time to replace. Not a real big deal but I wasn't waiting longer than 30 mins on them, so I never got a new machine. AC said 69 and that was the lowest setting, but it was definitely much warmer in there. Hot water was good, beds were soft. Check in was easy, but staff was rude telling me to let them know what cleaning supplies I needed for checkout because "I must clean my unit before I leave or else". Breakfast was down the street at an actual restaurant so I did expected better. It was included with the room but you do pay for drinks and tip. Definitely not an every day breakfast if your already out. Parking is down the block and we totally got caught in the rain...TWICE! Mini golf was cute an free. The pools an lazy river were crowded as to be expected. My first time seeing the ocean, and the price included a majestic view, roaches, threats from staff, parking my car down the street and walking in the rain without any coffee to eat a mediocre free breakfast buffet. I don't think I would mind the parking and walking in the rain, or even the breakfast but bugs and unfriendly staff are never acceptable.

Great home bad experience

The home is exactly as described beautiful and clean, staff was helpful and friendly . However the other guest were constantly smoking weed and cigarettes. We couldn’t spend much time on our patio enjoying the view because the smell of smoke would fill our room. All night we heard parting and fighting it didn’t stop until 6 am. It wasn’t just one room we could hear it above us as well. Our next door neighbors played the music so loud that it shook our room. I have never stayed in a place were this behavior was allowed. Probably wouldn’t stay again not because of the facilities but strictly because of our experience during our stay .

Amazing room

Impressed then disappointed

The room was exactly as pictured and everything seemed very clean and smelled great upon entering. However, I seen 3 roaches in the kitchen at night. Very disappointing!
