The beach life

The area was really nice. Lots of places to walk to. The condo was a great size for two people. Love having a washer and dryer in the unit. We will be back.

Birthday Vacation

This was our first time staying in Myrtle Beach and the property did not disappoint. We had beautiful view of the ocean. Our stay was during Hurricane Debby and our host was so kind to check on us and to keep us updated on the weather. If we ever get to travel back to the beach we will definitely look for this property to rent.

Nice and clean

The pool was a little small for the size of the building but the grounds and hallways were kept clean. Our unit had everything we needed. Decent privacy on the balcony.

Had a great time at this condo.

This was an excellent place to stay. Close to everything. Not very crowded on the beach and very clean. Comfortable and roomy condo. Definitely recommend. Property management was so nice and helpful.

Great weekend getaway

Nice beach front condo with lots of space! The bedroom is very large and the bathroom is super roomy. Quick walk to the beach. We even used the fitness center! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions.

Weekend stay for Jeep Jam

Very convenient to activities for festival. Great views of beach and neighborhood. On-site repairs meant pools were closed. Great communication.

Carolinian beach Resort

The condo was great and very clean. You could walk to the gift shops and restaurants from your hotel. The only problem I would say is that the garage is a block away from the condo.

Great Condo

Everything was perfect for our stay. Since we were there for a month and planned on side trips, the location was ideal. Loved the late morning and afternoon sun on the balcony for sitting and reading. The furniture was very comfortable and having a w/d setup was especially convenient. The beach of course is beautiful and we walked most days. The pool area is very nice. The management company took care of the beeping smoke alarm immediately. Would highly recommend.

Great Getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend a change of mattress. The side I slept on had some wear in it and caused me to have a back ache. This condo is in a great location and is walking distance from great shopping and restaurants.

Nice place

Great condo with fantastic views! Easy access to beach! Only thing I didn’t like is the sheets - they were too small or something & horribly rough. The fitted sheet constantly came off & flat sheet was maybe twin size. Recommend bring your own King sheet set. All else was wonderful!

Wonderful place!

We had a reservation at a different VRBO, but they cancelled our reservation one hour before check-in due to bed bugs. Management here went out of their way to get us in last minute! The place is set up so well, with a large bedroom and bathroom, decent sized living room and kitchen. It has a washer and dryer, which we didn't use, but would be very convenient if you needed to wash a load of clothes. It was very clean with tons of towels. The resort felt much more secure than other places we stayed and the entire place felt well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Summer 2022

Condo was as descibed. Very nice with a view of the ocean. Check-in was a breeze. Location was good for us, at the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and the main Boardwalk. My only complaint was that the amenities listed a safe but it did not work. Called the property manager and they said it hadn"t worked since they have been managing the property. We had no problems but we still would have preferred the safe working as we always use one when traveling.

Review

The whole condo was dirty. Bedroom furniture hadn't bed dusted for months. Sweeper was not used, no one mopped, the floor in the kitchen was sticky. Washer and dryer were dirty. Not enough items to work with in the kitchen and the bed was terrible. The outside decking was also dirty. I would have been ashamed to rent something like that. Never again..
