It is a pleasure to welcome you in this charming cocoon, a house which has everything to spend a comfortable stay and will make you feel like at home!
It is 36 square meters, has a furnished terrace, includes a room with several arrangements and can welcome up to four persons.
Its location is ideal: in a quiet residence, near the golf course, 10 minutes from the center and 8.6 km from the pond.

## Logement
Located in a quiet residence with a shared pool and close to the golf course, the house is perfect for a family vacation.
It includes a bedroom with two single beds; a shower room; a fully equipped kitchen; and a living room with a sofa bed opening onto the furnished terrace.

The following equipment will be at your disposal: WiFi, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Smart TV with Netflix integrated, Heating, Refrigerator, hair dryer, plancha/raclette, iron with its small table as well as games for children (ping pong rackets, club golf, bowls), cot and high chair for baby .
A parking space will also be at your disposal in the residence.
For your comfort, a professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
A welcome kit will be given to you with shampoo and socks equipment

The accommodation is located at 1,6 Km from Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains; at 10 minutes from the center of the village and at 8,6 km from the pond of Soustons!
The cycle tracks are easy to reach at a few minutes by bike from the house, and the famous "Vélodyssée" awaits you for beautiful walks in the Landes forests!

All the conveniences are nearby : various bars, restaurants, shops... For your daily shopping a "Super U" is at 6 minutes by car.

The location of the lodging will be an asset to discover : the Central Beach and Soustons Beach at 7 min, the Marine Lake of Port d'Albret at 4 min, the Beach of the Lake at 2 min, and many others still...
