After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of an incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking of your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded. 📍 This flat is very well located, close to the town centre and the train station, and a stone's throw from all the shops (organic grocery shop, bakery, greengrocers, small supermarket etc) and amenities (swimming pool, schools, laundry...).
It is located less than 10 minutes from the train station on foot and 5 minutes from the A/B tram, which will connect you to the whole city quickly. The tram E, cleaner, will allow you to move in the south of Grenoble.
Enjoy the Saint-Bruno market from Tuesday to Sunday, 500 metres away.
For students, the flat is less than 10 minutes walk from Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM)

🚌 Getting around:
You are close to the Alsace Lorraine stops (Trams A, B and E).

🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
