In the city center, 50 meters from the beach, spacious high-end apartment of 95m² on the 1st floor without elevator with private overhead parking space. the apartment includes a living room with sofa, television, Bose speaker and free wifi, a dining room with large table, a modern kitchen with induction hob, hood, steam oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and microwave. You will have a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and duvet, a bathroom with double sink and shower, a toilet with washing machine. Linen not provided. ref APPA115
