The place has everything for a comfy stay including a cozy balcony, AC, a kitchenette, secured entrance, wifi, and a parking space. A perfect spot to relax after your central walk in town. the building has a 24-hour grocery, pharmacy, restaurants & bars. The nice green square separates the Parliament from the building.
It has a comfortable bedroom with a workspace, a living room with a comfortable couch and a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a balcony to the courtyard with the view of the famous Mother Georgia statue. The building has a modern elevator and a locked entrance; there is a washing machine behind the kitchen cabinets and 2 AC units in the bedroom and a living room to keep you cool in hot summer months. The apartment is 45 square meters.
You will be right in the very center of the city, with all landmarks within the walking distance (major museums - 5 minutes walk, freedom square - 7 minutes walk, old town - 12 minutes walk).
Please note that you need to go up about 15 steps after you exit the elevator on the 8th floor.
