Nestled in the heart of Hilton Head Island, just steps away from the beach, this villa is within walking distance of charming local shops, gourmet restaurants, and the excitement of Coligny Plaza.

Isola Bella, located in Sea Side Villas is a picture perfect property directly located on the beach. Our unit (#180) has a beautiful ocean view and makes for the perfect island get away.

This home has just undergone a massive renovation. This includes, new paint, new flooring, new furniture, updated decorations, and many other modern updates.

Featuring 1 Queen sized bed, 2 junior bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa - it is a great space for families or a private couples retreat.

Small Unit/Good Location

The condo is located in nice proximity to everything you might need during your stay. The unit was small, but we expected that. Was fine for 2 people but think it would be quite crowded with anymore. The complex really should clean up the bike area. We rented bikes for the week and had a hard time finding an opening on the bike rack to lock them up. Several of the bikes in the racks appear to not have been moved in a very long time, ie...rusted chains that weren't even attached to the bike. The only real complaint we had about the unit was the location of the air conditioner. With it being in the living room the bedroom got hot at night even with the ceiling fan on. If we turned the fan on higher, it was too noisy to sleep. Overall, we had a nice stay but would probably look for something a little bigger in the future.

Really nice, but flawed

It was really cute. Even though it was small it was fine four our family of 4. We ate breakfast and lunch there and it was fine. It was very clean. Easy to walk to the beach. Pool was small but clean. The flaws I mentioned were the Keurig did not work right. It continually poured water, or you would get a cup full of grounds. The only bedroom mattress was the cheapest mattress ever. It’s a shame that this place is so nice and the mattress is horrendous. And the air conditioner is in the living, it does not have good flow down the hall to the bunk beds much less to the bedrooms. We had the fans in the rooms full blast and bathroom and bedroom doors opened trying to get air, but it was just not happening.

Clean and close!

We love staying in the Sea Side Villas for its easy access to the beach and town! This condo was cute and clean, it made for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay

Perfect place for a couple or small family. Clean and updated. Kitchen has everything you need. Property is well maintained, gated, and right on the ocean. Hosts were excellent!

Cute, cozy tiny apartment

Great stay.. suggestion to owner: didn't realize that there were no washer and dryer and beach chairs. Also the bedroom and living area needs lamps for reading. Bed was too close to wall on one side which made it difficult to get onto that one side.

Just as Described

We come to Hilton Head at least once a year and like to stay within walking distance to the beach.. This unit was on the beach. It was just as pictured; clean and well stocked. We had no issues with noise. The bedroom was a bit warm at night. I guess we could have turned the ceiling fan on higher. One suggestion: a lamp in the living room area as overhead lighting at night is harsh. We would stay again.

Anniversary Getaway

This condo was perfect for my husband and I! It was clean, cozy and had a nice view of the ocean! We would definitely stay again! The only cons for us was the bed was pretty uncomfortable to us… we could feel each other move through the night, I would suggest some type of darkening curtains or some way to block the light of the hallway in the bedroom and possibly another mirror for another person to get ready at the same time. I STILL gave it a 5 star review, because even with those minor things mentioned, it was such a great place!

Perfection

You can tell owners have pride of ownership - well maintained, beautifully appointed! Great location, view of beach, accessible to everything. Can almost park the car and walk or bike all over if you wanted to. We liked so much, we extended our stay :) Highly recommend

Great place to stay in Hilton Head

What can I say, the location can’t be beat, as it’s right next to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The condo was nice and cozy and easily able to accommodate my family of 5. The pool was clean and not overly busy on all the days we went, which was all of them. I definitely won’t hesitate to book here again.

Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful time visiting this property. The owner was really helpful as the wi-fi wasn’t working when we arrived. She was totally on it and had it up and running within a few hours. The condo had everything we needed and so much more!! Thank you Julie, I would definitely stay again 😁

Lovely beach trip

We had a great time at this property! Worked very well for our family of 4, and we enjoyed the ease of using the host's beach chairs, wagon, and sand toys. Hopefully we get a chance to come back again!

Beautifully decorated and close proximity to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was updated and we loved the walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I would just suggest black out curtains in both the bedroom and main living area and maybe a foam topper to add to the pull out couch. Other than that it was great!

10/10 would recommend!

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the complex and the helpfulness of the condo owners We appreciated the closeness to the beach and to Pope Ave. Enjoyed some Showtime movies and used internet to get some work done. It was nice having the use of the beach chair. Relaxing on the balcony with the cool breeze was great, but the sliding glass door was a bit challenging to open and close.
