PraDo Rooms at the Oldtown

The PraDo Rooms apartment is nested in the heart of the Old Town, where history, culture, and Georgian charm juxtapose. Here, one can enjoy the real Tbilisi of small winding streets and wooden balconies. Freedom Square is 5 minutes walk away and the city’s major landmarks, museums, hotels, restaurants, wine bars, shopping spots, and theaters, are within a short walking distance. The place is modern, stylish, and has an ambiance of a boutique hotel while being a cozy and equipped apartment.
It was the charm of the location and the real Tbilisi experience, which has attracted a Spanish entrepreneur to buy the property and to turn it into a modern, comfortable accommodation with hotel amenities and outstanding Georgian/Spanish hospitality. The owner has united his expertise in art and architecture with his love of Georgia and has brought his own unique outlook to the place.

PraDo Rooms has all the hotel amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, and hotel-quality linens.

While the apartment is very centrally located, it is in the new building with interior works completed in November 2018. PraDo Rooms is hidden from the busy and smoky streets. Therefore, you can enjoy a quiet rest, unlike most of the central hotels and apartments, but still, be right in the historic hotspot of the city.

Wake up to the bell sounds of the nearby cathedral, enjoy the complimentary coffee and start your adventure right from the heart of the city. We are happy to provide you with all the tips and recommendations for your journey. Come back to your nest after sightseeing and enjoy our complimentary wine from Gio’s Vineyard before you hit the evening walk or the night out. Return home to sleep comfortably and please know that we are always a phone call or a message away if you need help from locals. The apartment is co-managed by Georgians, natives of Tbilisi, who will guide you and do their best to help.

If you need to store your luggage while you are traveling across Georgia or simply have a time window between your flight and check out, we will be happy to provide you with a safe locker space.

The place is ideal for couples, a family with children, or friends. Please indicate the exact number of people in the booking request to get an accurate quote.

Keep in mind that there are two adjacent but completely independent apartments (you are now looking at Prado Rooms. Please also check out MoMa Rooms). If you travel in larger groups or two families, renting both could be a perfect fit for you. Please ask us about the availability.
You will be in the best, the most authentic, and historical part of the city: the Oldtown.
The building is located on a charming small street. In 5 minutes, you can be on a major street of Baratashivili with taxis and public transport, or by the freedom square metro stop.
Please keep in mind: TV cable providers have not yet included our new building in their operations. We are exploring the best options to ensure we offer TV to our guests. Meanwhile, there may be no TV service in the apartment. If television is essential for your stay, please consider other accommodation options. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
