ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Your Property Manager Fanny will be at your disposal during your stay.
- Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. They are offered at a price of 23 euros/person (beds made before your arrival).
- We accept pets (on request). A supplement may be required.
- The deposit of 700 euros is not cashed. Our secure deposit system (Swikly) makes a simple imprint of your credit card.
- The cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of the stay. A mandatory "intermediate cleaning" fee of 50 euros is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. For those who do not want to think about cleaning before their departure, we also offer a "complete cleaning" package for 125 euros.
- The tourist tax is to be paid on the spot by cheque or cash (except airbnb)
