Wonderful, inviting 2 bedroom 2 bath 2 story pool guest house in a perfect location of Montrose. Approximately 800 sq ft of comfort. Bright and charming with lots of windows and light. Private 2nd story deck, stainless upgraded appliances, marble countertops, tankless water heater. The highlight of your stay will be the picturesque back yard setting with heated pool and comfortable lounging and eating areas. All for your private use. Beautiful pool view from downstairs master bedroom. Centrally located to great Houston restaurants, grocery stores, Herman Park, Discovery Green, The Menil, Museum District, University of St. Thomas and Rice University, sports venues, Midtown and the Houston Medical Center. Many are walking distance.

BEST IN MONTROSE!

I absolutely loved this house! This is NOT one of those VRBO's with the bare minimum, this place is fully stocked with everything you may need, super comfortable mattresses with top notch bedding and pillows. The location is perfect for any Houston attractions in addition to the town of Montrose which has plenty of walkable places. Host, Joni provides seamless check-in and check-out with everything in between. The pool and deck are immaculate as is everything in this gem! We will be back!

Cute, Cozy and Clean!

We had an awesome stay! Joni is a fabulous host, very thoughtful of any questions or anything you should need. The house was equipped with everything we needed! Location in Montrose area perfect for our visit and we felt very safe. Don't hesitate to book :)

Excellent Experience

The property was excellent and Joni was a pleasure. We hosted a small family gathering (12 people) around the pool and had a great time. Little touches around the place really made it feel homey.

Fantastic house and host!

This property was perfect for a long weekend in Houston. The neighborhood was lovely and close proximity to restaurants, bars, etc. in Montrose. Loved having access to the pool and so much outdoor space. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It’s very clear that Joni goes the extra mile making this place comfortable for her guests while also providing maps, restaurant recommendations and menus, making our stay feel like a true vacation.

Great pool house!

The house was perfect for our needs. Close to the Herman Park attractions with nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Welcome cookies were a nice touch. Kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/utensils. Pool was very clean and just right for our family of 4. There were lots of soft fluffy bath towels. Upstairs deck was lovely for playing evening games. The house had quite a few. Just remember the bug spray. It is Houston.
