Only 7 minutes to Historical Downtown Fort Myers with lots of restaurants, places to shop, art museum, and a fun place to walk around. Close to Edison & Ford Winter Estates. Walking distance to Tennis courts, kids playground, and Kurt Donaldson Community Park Outdoor space with sporting facilities. Traditional Classic Decor inside home with waterviews

The space
Water views from inside bedrooms and living areas. Concrete dock and extended wooden dock to enjoy fishing and the water views. Huge walk-in shower in the master bedroom, with king bed. Second bedroom has queen bed. Toddler bed available in addition to the double bed and twin bed in the kids room. Two dining tables and chairs to enjoy your meals. Two living areas with Smart TV in each living space. Even a washer and dryer available for your use.

Guest access
The entire home is yours. The garage is not available for guest use, however there is a large driveway that fits four cars if needed.

Spring break 2022

My husband and I took our twin sons and their friends for spring break to the fort Meyers area. The house exceeded all expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice! Nice neighborhood, close to grocery stores and restaurants. The boys played baseball and basketball at the nearby park which was just a little walk away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would definitely go back!

Great time

We had a great time. The house fit our needs completely and Dawn always responded quickly to any questions we had and she checked in with us to see how thing were going. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful inside. The washer and dryer werent working and the side door could not be locked because a previous renter broke the handle. I wasn't informed of the door until the day we were supposed to check in. Very uncomfortable feeling not being able to lock a door that walks right into the living room. It wouldnt even stay closed. My husband used a rope to tye the door shut. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was wonderful, very comfortable and spacious for us. Host was great about communicating with us and accomodating our requests. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Found it hard to communicate with owner

It would have been nice to talk to owner about concerns. The owner thought we were coming in a day later but our reservation dates were correct for what we had reserved. Had to hurry and get place clean for us. It would have been very nice to have had extra toliet paper and paper towels. But when we wanted an extra night the host was obliging..
