Apartment located on a ground floor, with a terrace and a private 60 m² garden,
the apartment is within a residential complex with a communal pool in the
beautiful Marina Sant Jordi urbanization. It is located 300m. From the sea and
the beautiful beach called "Lo Ribellet". It has a toatal area of 60 m²and
consists of a living room, a dining room from which you can access the communal
garden and pool, an independent kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a
complete bathroom, a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with shower. It also
has a parking space.

This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not
allow youth events or parties.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most famous coastlines in
Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent
state of conservation. There are many fantastic beaches and small dreamy coves
