The apartment of approximately 65m2 is located in a single-storey house, divided into 2 apartments, one on the ground floor and the second upstairs.

The bunk beds are on the right as you enter the bathroom in the photos, separated from the bathroom by large blackout curtains, but this is the same room hence the designation "bedroom/bathroom".
It is important to understand this shared space where the beds are in the same room as the bathroom.

Linen is included in the cleaning fee on some platforms.

BALNEO USE: In order to avoid any excessive use, and because water and energy consumption are significant for each bath, the use of the Balneo is conditional on the length of the stay, one Balneo bath is included per week rental, additional baths are possible at your convenience but will be charged €10 per additional bath at the end of the stay (after meter reading).

Independent and autonomous entry via digital code.

It is possible to park in the streets around the house, being in the city center there are still a lot of vehicles parked and not necessarily always a place in front of the house, but generally places are found relatively easily within a radius of 'about 50-100m around the house.
