A modern duplex for a small group of friends and alike to enjoy with a cosy living space to relax and unwind after a long day. The decor and fittings are inspired by the bohemian spirit of the district, with rustic furniture embellishing a rugged industrial space.

The kitchen has all the essential appliances and cutleries to cook delicious meals, with a small stool over the kitchen island or a vintage dining table for you to enjoy.

Up a flight of narrow stairs which aren't suitable for guests with mobility issues, there are two bedrooms: one fitted with a queen-size bed and one equipped with a double bed. Both mattresses are supplied with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

There's one shared bathroom in the apartment with a shower. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will be provided for your convenience.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The bohemian 20th arrondissement is a laid-back area in Paris' former industrial heartland. Trendy Belleville pulses with budget Chinese eateries and a new wave of contemporary art galleries and street art. Young, arty crowds hang out in the dingy bars and music venues of hilly Menilmontant. The leafy Père Lachaise Cemetery, where celebrities like Oscar Wilde and Jim Morrison are buried, is a popular tourist site.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station is Pellport (line 3B) which is a 4-minute walk away from the apartment.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.

Services like UBER, LeCab and G7 are available in Paris.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
