This spectacular newly private built home located in the beautiful Lake George is the perfect spot to spend your next family get away. This perfectly placed home is surrounded by woods, yet right on the lake! This seven bedroom, four and half bath house has all you need and more! The main floor features a large open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. The kitchen is large, perfect for family dinners, featuring two ovens! In the dining room enjoy the dry bar or cozy up to the fireplace in the main living room. Walkout onto the large porch that goes the entire length of the home and take in the amazing views of the lake. Back inside on the main floor is the master bedroom and large attached bath. The master bedroom features a king bed and has access to the porch. Also on the main floor is the half bath.
The second level features five more bedrooms. The first two bedrooms each feature a queen bed with an attached Jack and Jill bathroom. The next bedroom also features a queen bed, and you guessed it, another full bath is attached! The fourth bedroom has two queen beds, while the fifth bedroom has two twin beds. Also on the second floor is a large laundry room.
The Lake level includes another large family room, laundry room and a full bath. Also on the lake level is a bedroom with one twin over twin bunkbed and twin beds. The family room has direct access to the lake with a covered patio attached. Just outside the lake level suite is an outdoor shower. Relax and enjoy the views while sunbathing on the sundeck above the boat house. This home comes with a dock slip large enough for a 26-foot boat. This home also comes with kayaks and a paddle board, so when you are not enjoying the home from the inside you can get out and experience the lake life.
