We propose to you to the rent, in Châtillon-la-Borde, this charming house of Master, old farm, of a surface of 460 m ² and being able to accomodate until 15 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 65 m² (with fireplace), equipped kitchen, seven beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of about 1 000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor:
- A living room of 65 m² with TV, Wifi (fiber optic), sofas, dining area and a large fireplace (wood not provided, on request extra)
- A dining room of 39 m² with a dining area and a pool table
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... A small dining room and a back kitchen
- A separate toilet
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom with shower, WC
- Laundry room

On the 1st floor:
- Master bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), a bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub, towel dryer, double sink, WC

- A bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and washbasin

- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Châtillon-la-Borde, in a quiet environment and close to nature while being very easily accessible, notably by the A6. Just next to the castle of Vaux le Vicomte, Blandy les Tours and many charming villages. You will be able to benefit from numerous supermarkets nearby. Various shops in Châtelet-en-Brie (6 minutes by car)

Activities :
- Visit of castles, hiking, Paris at 45 minutes...

Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly on the property (up to 8 vehicles).
- The bus n°47 passes just in front of the house, direction Melun station at about 28 minutes.
- Nearest airport : Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport at about 58 minutes by car

- The fireplace is functional, but can be provided on request
- Pets accepted on request, for an extra charge of 15€/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify at the time of booking.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
