Hello, my name is Ivan from Polion company, owner of two newly renovated and pleasantly furnished villas with pool near Pula in Istria county. I am in charged of managing those objects, and my friend Stella will be welcoming you on site. I speak English and Stella speaks English and German language. We look forward to welcoming you in our comfortable villas.

Peroj is a village in Istria, about 100 m from the sea situated only 10 kilometres away from the city center of Pula known for its many cultural monuments and famous amphitheatre Arena which is the largest and most preserved monument of ancient architecture in Croatia.
Peroj is mentioned as a summer resort back in Roman times. It is also a valuable archaeological site from the Roman era, so we recommend it to all who want to spend their holidays further away from the noisy crowds but near the city rich in historical heritage. The house is located in a quiet environment and is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family and friends.
