Family retreat in Biganos

Welcome to my house!

This charming 140 m² house is in a wooded park near the forest. It is the perfect destination for friends and families to gather and enjoy a vacation.

The house comprises a spacious living and dining room. The living room features a comfortable seating area and a dining area where you can dine with loved ones. The property also offers a furnished garden and an outdoor swimming pool to swim on hot days.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals.

There are two bedrooms with a stunning garden view. The first bedroom contains a queen bed, and another has a queen bed with an additional single bed.

The house is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your safety.

The pool is available for use between April 15th and September 30th, subject to weather and temperature conditions.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The forest is located near the house. The Port des Tuiles is 1 km away and accessible by foot. The town of Audenge is 10 minutes away by bike and offers many shops. A tourist office is available for visitors wishing to discover the Basin's activities. Bike paths are also available, as well as a seawater swimming pool in the Port of Audenge. In addition, playgrounds for children and teenagers are public in Biganos and Audenge.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station: Biganos Facture, is 4.7 km away.

Bordeaux Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Guests may use the swimming pool from 15 April to 30 September !

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
