Located right behind Topping Rose, this chic brand new cottage sits on a private .75 acre flag lot.

3-bedrooms, 2 full baths with glass shower doors, 1400 square foot completely renovated chic hampton's cottage. Cathedral ceilings in all three bedrooms and living room.

Living room has beautiful wood beams, fireplace and two large sliders out to the deck. Beautiful oak wood floors, new Viking Stove , SubZero Fridge. Wine Fridge, High Speed Internet, Apple TV's in the living room and master, blackout blinds in all bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen.

Everything you need for an amazing Hamptons stay.

Perfect house

Dianne was a fabulous host. The house itself is super cute with fabulous decor and wonderful beds. Location is perfect- walk to everything in Bridgehampton. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed the property. The only flaw was the weather, sun, clouds and rain. We discovered a few new restaurants. The house was very clean, it is well equipped. A huge lot.

Great rental property in Bridgehampton

My husband and I had a terrific week at this wonderful property located on a quiet lane, a 5 minute walk to the middle of Bridgehampton. The house is clean and bright and had everything we needed. My daughter and her husband and our 3 year old grandson are in the area in the summer but without a pool, so this was a perfect setting for them to come over and play in the heated pool or run around the very well maintained yard. My husband swam for exercise. There is a terrific Weber propane grill which we used for a great steak dinner. Dianne and Bob were very easy to communicate with. I would love to be able to vacation here every year!

5 days and looking forward to doing it again!

Being a bit of a “clean freak”, I’m never sure of what to expect when doing an online rental. In this case, we were so pleased to see that everything was as pristine, inviting and lovely as it appeared to be in the photos & description . Very well stocked and very clean! Comfy beds & comfy living area to socialize. A lovely patio & large pool also. Central location, but quiet & tranquil. Good communication before & during stay as well. We will definitely return… And we definitely recommend!

Great spot - Recommended

Great property in central location in Hamptons. One block away/walkable/bikeable from shops and restaurants of Bridgehampton, easy to beaches, Sag Harbor, farm stands and just central to everything. House is perfectly clean, new, tasteful and comfortable, and plenty of space (we were family of 5, 3 little ones). Exactly like/better than the pictures. Tasteful lighting around the whole property and good music setup. House is fully stocked and ready to plug and play on arrival. Great kitchen, grill, cocktail, pool area. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Kids were in the pool all day until it was time for the beach. Really a thoughtfully set up space that is perfect for family vacation. Communication with owners was easy and helpful, attentive just the right amount. This has the vibe of someones cared for and looked after home and it shines through. Good people. Highly recommend.
