On the 1st floor, Splendid 2 room apartment, charming, for 2 people, facing the sea,
completely renovated, air-conditioned, with quality services
It consists of: - equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer combination, built-in oven, microwave)
- living room/lounge with sofa (non-convertible), television and WIFI
- open terrace on the seafront with table and deckchairs
- independent bedroom with glass roof and sea view from the bed.
- bathroom with shower - separate toilet
Rented apartment with its private box in the basement of the residence.
Optional services to be paid on site:
* Sale of disposable fabric sheet kits from €12 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases).
* Rental of towels at the price of €6 per person (1 large and 1 small).
* final cleaning package from 60€.
Deposit not cashed and returned 3 weeks after departure: €500
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:

Situé au pied de la plage, l'accès à partir des résidences est direct, pas de route à traverser. La plupart des résidences vous proposent une piscine, de larges terrasses ou loggias. La convivialité est au rendez-vous ainsi que les accents du midi sur le marché hebdomadaire du quartier de la Corniche.
