Beautiful 2 bedroom near lake Hefner.
This is an almost 1,500 square foot home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Spacious living room with a gas fireplace (wonderful for those cold nights) and dining room. Great space to have a small gathering with friends/family. Baby showers, birthdays, thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings have been fulfilled here. Very big backyard with patio area to enjoy a cookout or some drinks.
Bedroom 1: Has a comfortable queen size bed.
Master bedroom/ bedroom 3: includes a comfortable King size bed with a tv for entertainment. Master bedroom also has its own attached bathroom.
This house a beautiful backyard with seating for some entertainment or a small gathering. The backyard also includes a hammock for some relaxation.
House is a 3 minute drive to Lake Hefner. Great location to go for a walk on a spring summer or fall nights.
House is a 6 minute drive to several places of food and entertainment: Main event, top golf, neighborhood jam, fuzzy's, and Quail springs mall.
House is 18 minute drive to the plaza district (another entertainment and amazing food area). Also, 18 minutes away from the downtown and midtown area.

Not only did I love my house while house shopping but one of the main things that caught my attention was that the house is located in front of a school. That gave comfort and peace.
