GUEST ACCESS

Our guests of 'Enjoy SUNSETS at PRIVATE 1-BR UNIT 2 at the beach' have full access to their unit. Additionally, our guests have access to the 1st floor front patio (East of building).  - Unit 2 is located on the 1st floor.   As our 1st floor patio is considered a common space, please be respectful of our other guests, regarding this space on the property - Please clean up any mess in the 1st floor patio, as we share this space with others in the building. Additionally, please be respectful of others space and to keep common courtesy on the property at all times.  
We live 5-mins away, so feel free to reach out via text or call. We are available at all times during the day! We are locals and have all the recommendations for things to do, see, eat, and drink in St. Augustine!  
No shirt, no shoes, no problem - This is beach living!  The beach access, restaurants, and bars are all in walking distance. Once you park, there's no need to drive anywhere!
