Sand Castle Apartments is a charming oceanfront property with seven units, ideally located on beautiful Crescent Beach, just south of St. Augustine Beach.

This apartment is a second-floor unit with lovely ocean views and a relaxing coastal atmosphere.

The bathroom is fully stocked with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for your convenience.

Enjoy Wi-Fi throughout the property, along with Smart TVs mounted in both the bedroom and living room, including cable service for your entertainment.

The dining area includes a table for meals, and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, regular coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, pots, and pans—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning for warm beach days and a heater for cooler evenings.

Just outside the apartment, you’ll find a shared patio area with magnificent views, plus a downstairs wooden seating area facing the ocean—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding at sunset with your favorite drink while listening to the waves and feeling the refreshing coastal breeze. Crescent Beach offers truly spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

This was a really fun and convenient rental for our family beach vacation. The view was great from 3 rooms of the apartment and the patio was relaxing with a great view and breeze. The host was amazing to us and wanted to make sure everything was perfect!

Loved being steps from the beach and the view from the outdoor area. Very pet friendly. The only suggestion for improvement would be a better kitchen setup and a different couch

The listing leaves out Many key details. The photos make it seem as though there's a balcony. There is Not. There's the main porch that it fails to mention is a shared porch and The photos are conveniently taken so that you only see the one door. The balcony is thought I was getting with sliding glass doors belonged to the neighbor! Which really didn't matter since the balcony is unusable and the doors are screwed shut and so covered in salt you can barely see out of them. Luckily my neighbors were kool, however that's luck of the draw. It cities have been KAREN! It's worded like there's Washer and dryer in house, there's Not. There is a coin washer and dryer on site in a Lil room on the first floor. We didn't bother to try it out. It also failed to mention that it literally at the main crescent beach park and vehicle entrance, so it's crazy busy. That's a good boardwalk to the beach, but go early or all the beach access people will fill it up and you'll be dragging your stuff down the beach for a spot. Hopefully this helps so you're not blindsided like my neighbor and I both were!

Amazing location with wonderful (shared) veranda

Lovely and clean. My only complaint was that the kitchen was lacking a few things, and it would have been nice to have some type of rug. For the price, it was excellent.

Great location & view

We really enjoyed our time here at Crescent beach. This unit is small but worked for the 4 of us with the sofa futon, although would be more comfortable with just 3 people. It had everything we needed & had a quick easy access to the beach. Nice short drive to the inlet which was perfect to take the dogs to & convenient to lots of places. The only suggestion is that the railing next to the stairs be fixed since it was loose.

Very clean, check in was easy. Right on the beach. Only thing that we noticed was the parking may be tight with a larger vehicle but as long as everyone parks where they're supposed to it shouldn't be a problem. Other than that which wasn't an issue for us everything was great.

Nice place to stay on the beach

Our trip was very nice, we especially enjoyed being right on the beach. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for the three of us. It was on the second floor so if you have trouble climbing stairs, I would keep that in mind. Angela happened to be there one day that we were there, and she was very nice, easy to talk to. Our communication thru the process was great. Overall a nice place to stay.

Very clean & well equiped

The unit was extremely clean and very well equiped with essentials. The location is terrific, close to a very good little Pizza place named Tony's pizza....And of course, right on the beach! Interior of the condo has been fully updated & everything felt fresh and clean. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.

Quiet Beach

We stayed for a long weekend and really appreciated the quiet -dog friendly- beach for walking in the morning and evening. There were also beach views from the living room at the right angle. The location was clean and had pretty much everything we needed (We had to buy a coffee maker- but we left it for the next visitor). Parking was easy, but you do need a car because there are not sidewalks and there’s not much right there except a gas station and beach restaurant with limited fresh options. We were a bit surprised that the porch shown in the photos is shared with another unit, but the other visitors were respectful of taking turns using the space. Overall, a quiet and fairly affordable beach stay!

The location was great. The property says that 6 to 8 people could stay in the apartment but that is not true. Only 5 could actually stay. We messaged the host multiple times about the AC not working in a couple rooms and got no response. The balcony/sitting area was unsafe. The parking area is also a disaster. So pay a cleaning fee but the property isn’t clean at all. There is a washer and dryer on the property but is downstairs. You have to do your laundry outside and you have to pay for it also. Very Disappointing.

Our week at Sand Castle Apts

Property was right on the beach with beautiful views. After arriving we found out that there was major construction going on in an adjoinning apartment. There was alot of noise and workers present. We felt that we should have been told in advance about the construction and given the opportunity to reschedule or change the dates. After talking to the host we reached a comprise. The last 3 days we truly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again without the construction.

Very clean and well decorated. Being almost 70 the stairs were difficult-very steep and no railings. Enjoyed the outside patio and breezes. Needs to specify the actual apartment is not directly oceanfront

Loved our stay!

This 2 bedroom condo is right on the beach and a quick walk to either a restaurant or the Circle K. It's clean, modern and comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend to small families looking for affordable beachfront condos. The owner was quick to respond to me whenever I messaged her. Loved it!

Place on the beach

This is a simple place on the beach with a shared balcony view of the water. The place is appropriate for 4 people. There truly is one bedroom and the other is part of the living space and kitchen. The futon sofa would be uncomfortable for an extended stay. We had an unpleasant neighbor to deal with but the management dealt with them efficiently. The management is very helpful. Would recommend a washer and dryer access - although there are laundromats that will clean and fold your laundry. Loved Crescent Beach.
