Feel the authentic cretan hospitality! The two bedroom house has minimal design and bohemian atmosphere accord to your comfort and total relaxation. Also has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, is quiet and very comfortable. Moreover exists solar panel for heating the water. In addition, is ideal for families because of the cooking facilities (kitchen,toaster,coffee machine,dishes,glasses,cups,cutlery and cooking utensils).The best part of the property is a private veranda that you can gaze seaview, looking over the rooftops of Rethymno, watching the birds fly overhead and the stars. Stay up there till late afternoon and then enjoy the sunset. The outdoor space is equipped with furniture and you can ejoy your drink or your coffee staring the seaview! It has ,wifi and a private parking space. The house facilities cater to the needs of the modern traveler, authentic and simple. In addition, is ideal for families because of the cooking facilities.

The Location Advantage! It is a place of unique beauty for relaxation and tranquility, in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy way to find anything you want, while it takes only one minute to find a supermarket. There are plenty of restaurants with local cuisine, bars, jewellery stores, shops with traditional products. We will be more than excited to assist and recommend places to go. My place is five minutes far away from the beach, providing you an amazing view of Rethymno. With a history of more than 4500 years and a cultural identity shaped through the Venetian and Ottoman times, the old town of Rethymno has so many stories to tell. The whole atmosphere narrates the rich history of the place in a fascinating way.
