This gorgeous property will surely provide your Dreams… located on the renowned gated community of Reunion golf resort, situated only 8 miles from Disney. with easy access to the wider attractions of the Orlando area..
This home is impeccably furnished with stunning modern decor throughout. The five bedrooms are decorated and furnished to the highest standard, all with ensuite facilities. There is also an additional half bathroom on the lower level. The home has multiple living spaces and a wonderful large pool, with in-ground spa at one corner, and deck with built-in BBQ. Glass doors that open fully for a complete outdoor experience for entertaining and fun in the sun. The games room is a hit for all ages. Large TVs and live streaming along with cable throughout the house. We’ve missed nothing here to provide the most luxurious vacation home for the family. This impressive house stands out above the rest and sits in a quiet location with in drive parking at the back of the villa, and for on-street parking, please read under amenities to see the parking requirements & restrictions to the types of vehicles allowed. Parking in front or side of the villa is allowed but it must be facing in the direction of the traffic flow. You must not park either on the other side of the road from the villa or on the road at the back of the villa otherwise you WILL be towed and subject to a payment for the release of your vehicle.
The resort benefits from onsite restaurants, sushi bar and coffee shop and several community pools. Although we are not members of the golf course, Reunion do allow public bookings. Please contact us to confirm if times are available.

Pleasant Stay

The home was very spacious for my family. I loved the fact that it was five bedrooms and five bathrooms so no one had to share. It was pretty close to parks and shopping.The only complaint we had was the pool was not clean.

Wonderful House

The house is very well well located, very close to Disney Parks. The neighborhood is quiet and Safe.It’s a very modern big house well maintened. I’ve been in Orlando several times and the houses available with a good cost x benefits is never modern.Kevin is so helpful and was very receptive to us. Thanks for that, Kevin.My family and I loved it all.Hope to get back soon.

Week long stay

This property was great. When we arrived everything was clean and looked just as the pictures did. We had no problems with anything working and the property is located in a great neighborhood.

Almost 5 stars

This is a great property and could easily be 5 stars, my gripes are minor. The house does need some touch up things done here and there. The pool heater costing extra money is frustrating, which was increased by what seemed to be inconsistent temperatures. I wish there were fans in the rooms as the AC is capped at 70° and the lower level cools disproportionately to the upper level. The garage game room is really cool but with the temperatures in Florida and not being able to adjust the level of the AC on that unit, it becomes nearly useless. Beyond those things, the house is gorgeous and the community is beautiful! The location is excellent as well. I would very likely book this house again.

Fabulous Property!

What a great VRBO experience! Everything about this home is warm and welcoming. Aesthetically the best I’ve ever seen! Kevin was amazing… he was very attentive and responsive, a true pleasure to work with.

Monola Dream

This home is beautiful!! Very modern and sleek, with a good sized pool area located off the open living space! The location was accessible to all major stores as well as theme parks! Perfect get away for family and friends! Communication with the host was quick and efficient!!! Thanks so much for having us!!! Can't wait to return!!

Good base for exploring Orlando

Very good. I few minors which took away from the property. Mattress protector in master bedroom was dirty and there was still hair left in the plug hole in the master shower room.

Awesome Family Vacation

My family decided we would vacation in Orlando for Christmas and this was the best thing we could have done. We needed a place with only 2 bunk beds. The host was very responsive with all of my questions in a very timely manner. My only recommendation is to tell people up front that they will need to pay for heating of the pool. It was not shared until we paid for the week.

Lovely home with multiple problems

This VRBO is located in the beautiful gated Reunion Golf Resort. The home is quite lovely but has serious issues that need to be addressed. The home contains three separate HVAC units that have an extremely hard time maintaining their set temperatures. Many calls and communications were made to hopefully address these issues. Calls were responded to quickly and HVAC technicians were sent out in a timely matter. However, the problems were never completely solved. The upstairs unit was set to cool (to 70 degrees) but multiple times it produced hot air instead of cool and the upstair area the night before checkout reached over 90 degrees! Unacceptable for the friends and family occupying the upstairs area. We were forced to open (screen-less) windows to cool the area which helped but introduced mosquitos into the house.We were disappointed to learn there were very few (if any) staple items in the house. i.e. slat/pepper, basic spices, liquid dish soap, etc.). The range hood lights were also inoperable. Not a big deal but would have been nice to have some light on the cooktop.The majority of the mattresses (especially the master bedroom need to be replaced) The main level master was similar to sleeping in a hammock. Not good for back pain sufferers.Kevin is a responsive property manager with good communication, but the property in general could be maintained better, it's a bit worn and could use a good general updating. 3 stars is best I can offer.

This unit looks great but has a Major problem: 4000 sq foot house running on a single A/C unit. (Designed for 2500 sqf) logically what happens the A/C cant cool the house properly. Book this property if you like to spend you vacation in 80 degree temperatures inside the house

Good Home, Needs TLC

Positives: Location, size, pool, community is quiet. It really is a lovely home. Negatives: The beds need to be replaced. The mattress foundations are broken in several places and attempts have been made to cover this up by stuffing pillows and blankets underneath. This obviously makes them extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses are shot. It would also have been nice to have full toilet paper rolls, paper towels and dish soap provided. We want to take care of this property but did not have the basics to do so. Batteries were dead in remotes. The door handle to the garage falls off every time and needs a screw. Kitchen faucet leaks. Some TLC would bring this back to a five star review.

Magnificent Home

This is a stunning property. Exceptionally clean abd well maintained. The layout is incredible. The Master Retreat on main is HUGE, very private as the other downstairs bedroom is on the opposite side of house which is separated by large open family room and kitchen. Another unique feature is small room off side of pool. I used as office while watching kids in pool. The upstairs rooms are large and also opposite of Master Retreat. Plenty of full baths, washer and dryer, garage with gaming, a utility room off the garage (great for storage). The pool is amazing, very clean, great seating. The Host provided enough household items for our entire stay. The Host was very attentive and responded quickly. Also special thank you to Host who helped us book his rental quickly as we were in a bad rental situation at Champion’s Gate. This was our 2nd year at Reunion Resort which is an exceptional vacation spot. We also appreciated the location. Very quiet area, beautiful homes, we took walks in the evenings. This property took our vaca to another level.

Could Be Perfect, but isn't.

This could have been a 5 star property. It lost a star for us because of the agent and another due to the TLC that has been mentioned by other guests. The property needs some 'touching up' in many areas. Walls, skirting boards, dirty bedding, dirty pots/pans/crockery. The master bedroom door still had makeup on. Not only that but the corners need a good clean and paint required in a number of areas. Stools are patched up with tape, broken pool cues with no tips and wet towels upon arrival. The towel quantity and quality do not match the property! The kitchen items are not adequate for the size of house. 3 teaspoons! No oven dishes and not enough of many other essential items. We highlighted this to the agent and he offered a cleaner and to send items through Amazon - not really the point. Once we said we had cleaned it ourselves the response was 'well it is what it is then'. The most irritating aspect of the house is that the drive is at the rear and there is no garage fob. So someone has to be dropped off at the front to go through the house to then open the garage door to get in. Not luxury! No response from agent. So loses a star for the agent. The advert claims it has tennis. It DOES NOT. Once we had paid the agent, when asked, he informed us it was actually at Championsgate, which is a different resort and 10-15 mins away. Property layout was nice but missing too many basics. Pool is smaller than it looks on the photos.
