Many great shops, activities, and restaurants are within walking distance, including Lost Treasure Golf and Fenwick Island Lighthouse.

With all new furniture, dishes, and kitchen appliances, this condo offers a fresh and modern space for your vacation. The open floor plan creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, free WiFi, and TVs in the living room and main bedroom for total relaxation during your visit.

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing

10/10 can’t say enough good things! As long as you don’t mind the stairs to get to the condo it’s the perfect vacation spot. We loved every part of this condo. The decorations were adorable. It was clean and family friendly! Stocked with everything you might need. We definitely want to come back.

Horrible customer service regarding your staffs involvement in my double booking and the mess up of trying to fix it with vacasa and no follow thru on fee reimbursement. Will not use vrbo in the future.

Great location

The place is worth it just for its proximity to the beach. Condo is located within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. the area is quiet, despite being near coastal highway. Wifi is strong and there is a good selection of TV channels. Kitchen is small, but nice. Be aware that you’ll be walking up three flights of stairs to get to the condo. Bathrooms are very small, with little or no space for toiletries. Bed in the master bedroom needs to be updated. It is extremely uncomfortable. Extra care could be given to cleaning.

Great for physically healthy people

The villa is cute, three bedrooms and two baths was perfect for our family. The living room furniture really only fit 4 people comfortably but there is plenty of other seating in the house and on the patio. It’s a short walk to the beach, which was so nice and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by- go to the fractured prune which is a donut shop across the highway where they make your donuts as you order them- but back to the villa. It’s a little bit of a drive to the boardwalk - this place is on 127th street. The only reason I said it was great for physically healthy people is because you park under the building and then have to climb to the third floor on narrow metal stairs. It would be too much for anyone with mobility problems. You may need to wash dishes again before you use them but otherwise the place was very clean. We would stay there again.

Not great!

Desperately needs more updating and through cleaning! Carpets were filthy! Several blinds don't work and shade in Master bedroom torn so badly, couldn't open drapes as people in bldg. Behind would see in! No bathrug in master bath and no shower curtIn liner. Pots and pans old and rusted. The list goes on.....

Vantage really dropped the ball on this one... Started out getting immediate contact upon booking the location. I had a quick call to confirm we didn`t need linens (opting to provide our own) and then told we`d get a follow-up with check in instruction closer to check-in date. I received a voicemail 2 days prior telling me that the location of check in changed (weird, considering I`d never received any instruction regarding initial location...but OK). Then a follow-up call two hours later telling me to disregard the initial voicemail. I was at work (hence missing the initial call), but fortunately had answered this one and had the presence of mind to ask what the address I should arrive to would be. At this point, I`d assumed there might have been an email or message on AirBnB that I hadn`t yet seen, but wanted to make sure I had what I needed. Arrived shortly after 3PM on the day of check-in (check in was advertised as 3), to find the office was locked and there was a UPS `sorry we missed you` sticker on the window. Cue myself and my wife calling every number we could find for Vantage. We called the number on our reservation, the one on AirBnB, the numbers (and corresponding extensions) from the two individuals we`d spoken with from Vantage. We left voicemail to call us back. Nothing. I called Vantage`s primary number and so did my wife, according to my phone`s call log at least a half dozen times and each time it would time out, prompt that the mailbox was full and essentially hang up on us. After reaching out to AirBnB and waiting over an hour from initial attempt to check-in, AirBnB finally canceled our reservation and refunded our money. Which then made the next couple of hours fun, trying to rush to find a place to enjoy the remainder of our vacation... The location is excellent, very close to the beach. The rooms are clean and functional, overall a great stay. Parking is adequate and you are only a short drive from the boardwalk. The only drawback is there is no public elevator so if you have a large amount of luggage and/or children who cannot walk yet it can be challenging. Otherwise highly recommend. For the most part place was clean and the photos were about right. However, deck is not nearly as big as it appears in photos. My family and I had a wonderful vacation but it wasn’t without it’s frustrations. All due to our stay and the customer service we received. In my opinion, the rate is much higher than it has earned. For $80 a night I would have expected the troubles we dealt with, but not for over $200 a night. Running toilets, unfinished dishes and laundry, television remote issues, and dirty linens. WARNING TO ALL FUTURE GUESTS: Bring your own linens. My family and I opted for the linen package. We were driving to OC so we figured not having to pack all those linens and arrive to freshly made beds would be well worth the money. WE WERE WRONG. We paid $150 for stained linens that were in a bag thrown on our deck. We were left to put them on ourselves AND figure out what sheets went with what beds. There was no color coordination system or labels or anything. Took me over an hour of my vacation trying to figure out which white linens fit with which bed. Over half of the linens were stained. And they are by no means of any quality. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND MONEY DO NOT GET THE LINEN PACKAGE. I can’t stress that enough. The bed situation is very deceiving as well. Yes there were 2 bedrooms each with a queen but the third bedroom was not properly advertised. It is a bunk bed with a single on top and a double on bottom. The other single bed IS JUST A MATTRESS that is thrown under the bed of the bunk beds. So you are expected to pull that out and someone is sleeping on the floor. There was also not enough room in that bedroom for the mattress, that person had to sleep in the common area. The place was decorated very nice and for the most part it was clean. If anything is wrong however good luck reaching anyone. I must have called 45 times to try to get our remote for our television working. And we didn’t see anyone to fix it until day 4 of our vacation. I don’t consider myself someone who expects a lot, but for over $200 a night I expect a front door that closes all the way and a toilet that flushes properly. This place would have been perfect if it was $100 a night in my opinion, based on other vacation stays in my experiences. Other than those complaints the location is amazing and it was well decorated. Felt like a beach home just steps away from a beautiful beach. All depends on what you’re willing to deal with!
