When you stay in a Sugar Beach condo, you’ll have access to one of Maui’s best beaches for strolling, sunning, and swimming right outside your door. Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We love this location and have stayed in many different units. Really liked the ground floor location. Condo is nice but dated. Bed is very soft so not great if you like a firmer mattress. Overall good condo /location made the trip

Perfect place to rest

My wife, 13yr old daughter and myself were only on Maui for 6 days, sadly, but the condo had everything you needed including great beach chairs we used on several outings. We would stay here again!

Great Spring Break with Kids!

Spring Break at this unit with the kids was amazing. Condo was clean and well appointed. Location was great: steps to the beach and the pool. The condo and surrounding environment was quiet all around and contributed to a very relaxing time. It was great to have the activities concierge on property. We were able to rent boogie boards and book snorkeling trips easily. Be sure to stop by Dina’s Sandwitch, not only for the sandwiches but also the for Happy Hour MaiTais!

Winter respite

Been here on and off over the years. Notes for you- 1. The screens on the doors are very difficult to operate. They drag on the rails. Recommend adjusting tension on the wheels and lubrication. 2. Bed is VERY soft, back aches from the week. Refrigerator light works sometimes and sometimes not. Shower takes a VERY LONG to heat up. (3 minutes). Otherwise had a great time. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Thanks

Great condo, not a great beach

The condo was very clean and well equipped for cooking. Being a bit older, sound does travel between units. The local tour company attached to the building was perfect for helping us book a surfing lesson and a sunset whale watching cruise. The only downside was the beach quality during our stay - very windy spot and churned up ocean. This totally may be just during our window of stay in January but it really wasn’t a place to swim with murky water.

This rental unit has all the amenities you would want for a short or long stay. The particular unit is in a great spot on the first floor with quick access to pool and beach. The AC unit made the place so much more comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook breakfast and relax during the mornings. The beach was amazing! Soft sand and warm water. Definitely worth going back to again and again! Description mentioned bath tub but it is actually a newly remodeled stall shower. Overall a very nice place. `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`

Family Vacation

Sugar Beach is the perfect spot for families. Everything a family needs is here. The condo was clean and well stocked. Having a washer, dryer, and well equipped kitchen was a blessing! We are repeat customers for a reason!

Well worth it

Comfortable and Convenient

Lovely condo right on the beach! The condo has all the essentials to eat and prepare meals and you can walk to Ululani’s for the best shave ice. The bed is comfortable and there are beach supplies available for your use. North side of Kihei means you are closer to other island sites to visit, you don’t have to drive all the way through Kihei which can sometimes have traffic. Would love to come back to this condo!

Maui condo in paradise

We loved everything about our stay at Sugar Beach Resort. The pool and jacuzzi area, meeting people. Just wished pool stayed open till 10:00 pm. It was wonderful being so close to beach hearing the waves break through the night. The people working there were so very courteous & helpful.
