This beautiful 28sq. m flat is located on the ground floor and includes :
- a nice living-room with a sofa bed for two persons,
- a mezzanine night corner with a queen size bed (160cm),
- a bathroom with a shower,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment, fan,
- high chair, baby bed.

In addition to being close to all the shops and restaurants of the resort, you will be facing the beach and you will be 10 min away from the casino of Houlgate and will enjoy the Belle Epoque atmosphere of this charming town! You will also easily discover, thanks to the station located nearby, the D-Day beaches and the other sea resorts of the Normande Coast.
