In the heart of the old village of Les Angles, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this charming house has been converted from an 18th-century barn, with uninterrupted views of the mountains and Lac de Matemale. Ski resort within walking distance!

With a surface area of 60 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travellers and a baby, it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room with fitted kitchen on the ground floor and three beautiful bedrooms on the first floor, including one on a mezzanine accessible from the second bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower and WC). Wi-Fi, games for the kids - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 22 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, small fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, raclette and fondue set, Tassimo pod coffee maker...

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two bunk beds
- Bedroom 3: on the mezzanine, accessible from bedroom 2 via a Japanese staircase, with a double bed (140x190) and a desk.
- Shower room with WC

Additional private facilities: a selection of board games, books and DVDs, fans, ironing board and iron, sun loungers, parasol, large fridge and small freezer.
Additional facilities, to be shared with the tenants of the adjoining property: tumble dryer, barbecue, gas hob and outdoor games. The car park and barbecue are organised around a shared courtyard.

Outside:
- An 8 m² south-facing private terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days, accessible from the shared courtyard.
- A secure ski and bike room, shared with the tenants of the adjoining flat.

The flat is ideally located in the heart of the old village of Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Activities :
- Les Angles ski resort: first ski lifts 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. Heated ski lockers at the foot of the slopes, bookable on the Les Angles website.
- Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledging, dog sledding, hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, swimming, sailing, paddle, pedalo, horse riding, balneotherapy, skateboarding, accrobranche, fishing, wildlife park, bowling, climbing, mini-golf, thrill tobogganing, cinema, treasure hunts and entertainment...

Transport :
- You can park directly in the accommodation's private car park (1 space)
- Free seasonal shuttle bus to all lifts, 1 minute's walk away

- Nearest train station: Latour de Carol, 30 minutes by car

Other remarks :
- Household linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, tea towels and hand towels) is not included. They can be provided on request, for a supplement of €15/person (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Optional extra: beds made up on arrival (€10/bed).
- High chair, bath and cot with bedding and towels available on request (€10 supplement).

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge can be paid to our on-site service provider). Price: €40 for stays of less than 7 nights and €60 for stays of 7 nights or more.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
