Do not book with RoomPicks
I booked the two rooms (4 qn beds) and asked for another name to be added to the reservation. The other person would be arriving hours before me with their spouse and both of our kids.
RoomPicks confirm the other name was ADDED to the reservation.
When they arrived to check in, they were told they only had one room (not two that was originally reserved). Roompicks was unreachable to clear this issue up.
I gave both reservation names to the hotel and they said they would call me back. They never called back. They would not answer the phone when calling multiple times.
Our family was never given access to the second room that we paid for.
My reservation was for 8/31. Roompicks finally responded to me a week later on 9/6. They have not assumed any responsibility for this issue.
If you want to stay her, book directly with the hotel. It's cheaper and you'll actually get your room.
