🏢 This cosy flat consists of:
- a lounge area with sofa bed and television
- a fully equipped kitchenette
- a separate bedroom with double bed
- a shower room with shower and WC

🛌 The flat has two sleeping areas:
- a double bed 140 in the bedroom
- a sofa bed in the main room

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the flat, such as Wi-Fi, TV, for the kitchen (a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not provided), hotplates and all the complete kitchenware, etc...), bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed through a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded. Nb: This guarantee system is also authorised by all our platforms.

📍 Located 200m from the train station and the courthouse, your accommodation is close to the city centre (10 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by tram).
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.

🚌 Getting around:
Numerous public transport services, in particular tram B (Palais de Justice stop 2 minutes' walk from the accommodation), allow you to get around the whole city and its suburbs.
You are also close to the tram A located at the Gares stop: to get there you can take the tram B or go under the station by the Robert Schuman square.

Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
