After Dune Delight is a cozy 2 bed 2 bath condo 1.5 blocks from Jacksonville Beach. It is located in downtown Jax Beach and you will love the enjoyable stroll to Oceanside parks, amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. With 2 master suites as well as a sofa bed in the living room the condo is the perfect space for an entire family or two couples to enjoy. The space is excellent for small children offering a pack n play and booster seat that can be used. We hope you love our space!! Something to note: our condo is on the 3rd floor of the building and unfortunately we don' t have an elevator. It is an easy stair climb of 4 very short sets of stairs, but that is the only way up.

Spring getaway

Comfortable condo in great location. Walking distance to beach, pier and coffee shops. We appreciated the use of the beach towels and chairs. Leslie was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions very quickly!

Loved our stay here! Great location close to the beach and so many different restaurants and stores. Beds were super comfortable. The entire condo was very well-stocked and overall very comfortable!

Great location

Location was excellent and the condos were very quiet. Beds were nice and everything is updated/looks newer. Balcony is spacious. Can literally walk to beach, store, and restaurants.

Perfect location

Enjoy Jacksonville Beach from this location. It’s just 2 blocks from the beach and so much to offer in dining within 2 miles from here. We walked it which I loved! Everything you need for a quick getaway.

Spacious unit close to the beach

We enjoyed the spacious living room and the two full bathrooms. There were plenty of utensils and cookware in the kitchen. It was great to be so close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The owners were very responsive and made sure all of our questions were answered.

wonderful get-away!

The property was quiet, clean and very accessible to the beach. Florida weather was cool, but we still were able to have a great walk on the beach. Wonderful brunch at Jax Beach Brunch Haus within walking distance. We were visiting family nearby and found this VRBO to be super comfortable and convenient for all that we did - Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Nice place, screen/patio door as well as front door kind of difficult to open but not a huge deal. This property served our needs and I would rent again if in the area. Keegan was very fast to respond to my questions prior to arrival.

Great location!

This condo is only two blocks from the beach which is gorgeous. The decor was very clean and modern. Everything you need is there including some beach chairs, a beach wagon, toys and we added a boogie board! The porch had comfortable seating. The check in and check out was unbelievably simple. Two parking spaces are included.

My stay at Christmas 2024

The place was pretty much as described but communication was not great and I don’t walk in my bare feet inside so I had socks on and they were black within 30 minutes of me walking around the condo..The back sliding glass door stuck and could not be opened and I know they are still talking about having a maintenance guy in, but it should’ve been fixed before as they’re brand new doors and someone should’ve taken care of it as the balcony is a big part of the condo. So you can sit out and enjoy the outside. Other than that, it was good.

Could Have Been Better

First, the positives: - condo was very clean - beds were comfortable - easy check in - location close to Mayo Hospital - good supply of bathroom, kitchen and laundry items - good a/c unit - wide selection of choices on TV - floors looked fairly new, no carpet a plus for dog owners Now the negatives: - no ironing board - microwave didn't work (had no power) - no TVs in bedrooms (owner said they would correct this) - small problem with ants (need someone to treat) - very noisy (easily here cars going up and down main road at night, washing machine is loud also) - parking space very tight for large SUV - missing 2 vertical blinds in living room - must be able to step high to get into tub/shower - there is a slight level change in living room flooring

“Short and sweet” stay

Serene view and great location

We are a young family who live in Columbia Falls, Montana. We are blessed to also own this condo in Jacksonville Beach and we love others being able to enjoy it while were heard at work at home and not enjoying Jacksonville and the beach!

We absolutely love the short easy walk to the beach and equally love the easy access to our favorite restaurants and coffee shops! We can walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, a bar, or the beach and we enjoy just walking everywhere once we've arrived at our cozy little spot.
