La Perle de Caychac features a bright living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, four quiet bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as a large terrace, a beautiful garden and an unheated swimming pool.

The accommodation comprises
- A bright 60 m² living room with a dining area for 8 people, a large sofa and a flat-screen TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room : electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas stove...
- A veranda with a pool table
- Three double bedrooms, a king-size bed (180x200), a queen-size bed (160x200) and a 140x190 bed on the 1st floor.
- One bedroom with bunk beds (90x190)
- Two bathrooms, one with shower and washbasin, the other with walk-in shower, whirlpool bath and WC
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron, single hammock, two-person hammock, a trampoline
