In a condominium located a few meters from a supermarket, 15 minutes walk from the town center of Vaux-sur-Mer, 12 minutes walk from the lake and 600m from the Plage du Conseil.
Condominium holiday maisonette including:
On the ground floor: Living room - Kitchen area - Bedroom with convertible sofa (190x140cm) - Bathroom with WC.
Floor: Mezzanine with two beds of (140x190cm)
Terrace with awning and garden furniture.
Towels and linens are not provided.
The cleaning is to be carried out by you (cleaning deposit of 150€ by check to be given on your arrival).
Collective swimming pool open in summer season only.
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
