Hidden Gem

We had no idea what to expect with this property in Owls head Maine but we were so pleased with our stay. The property is lovely- clean and updated. Walking distance to a private beach and 10 minute drive to downtown. Quiet and lovely for a family. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Place for a getaway!

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway to Maine and in the perfect location to explore Rockland and Owls head. Definitely recommend!

Steps from the Ocean.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. This is a new building. Nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, quiet and a short walk to the ocean. Our only problem was figuring out how to turn in the heat. We sent a message to the property manager and they explained how to turn on the wall units.

Maine Getaway

Wonderful spot. Nice new duplex nicely decorated. Had a great time. Quiet neighborhood with beach access at the end of the street. The only suggestions i would make is more detail on getting local tv channels and getting the heat on. But I would definately reccomend staying here.

オーナー : Shawn-Elise Lapomarda

Maine Cottage Keepers (MCK) is a small property management and vacation rental company. Pat & Shawn-Elise Lapomarda are both the property owners and operators of the business. We are local to the MidCoast and Sebago Lake Region areas, operating and living in both.

Back in 2013, we bought a cottage down the road from Shawn-Elise's dad, near where she grew up. It was a special place to her because as a child, it was her friend’s great aunt’s home and she visited there often. We both love the location and lived there full time for a short while. In 2016, we weren’t there as much as we wanted and still paid for it each month. So we decided to rent it out when we weren’t using it. We accelerated some projects we had been putting off. We did a thorough cleaning and took some new photos. Then we listed it and our first listing, Sea Rose Cottage, was born.

We love to spend time in Owls Head during the summer and admired this house when it was built a few years ago. When it was put on the market for sale we jumped at the opportunity to own it!
