The bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed with hotel-quality sheets and linens.

The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower as well as fresh towels and other essential amenities.

The property is also thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment is located on rue Charlot, a small street in the heart of the Marais, two steps from the Marché des Enfants Rouges and rue de Bretagne, between the Archives Nationales and the Carré du Temple.
It is located in a quiet courtyard, in the center of a very lively neighborhood, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, specialty food stores, designer boutiques and some of the best museums (Pompidou Center, Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum, Museum of Hunting and Nature, ...) and monuments of Paris.

The nearest airport to the property is Airport Charles de Gaulle which is 45 minutes away and you may explore the city by bus or métro.

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
