We welcome you for a relaxing stay in beautiful Horseshoe Bay. Recently remodeled/modernized in Fall 2020 and Spring 2021, the townhouse boasts new hard surface/coastal flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, and brand new decking and handrails. With morning sunrise views over the lake and afternoon shade, the property is ideally situated in front of the open waters of Lake LBJ. Minutes to Horseshoe Bay Resort and less than a 10-minute drive to Marble Falls.
The townhouse sleeps 10 people comfortably across multiple sleeping configurations making this an ideal rental for families. The lake house is fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen (an electric flat cook top, oven, built in microwave, full-sized dishwasher, toaster, Keurig, blender, George Foreman grill, etc.). The property is three levels:
- Enter on the ground floor through the 1-car garage, and you will find a large second master bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed with a twin trundle, and a full ensuite bathroom. There is also an extra sink/mirror/vanity area in the second master bedroom, in addition to the sink in the ensuite bathroom. The laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is accessible through both this ensuite bathroom and the garage. There is access from this second master bedroom through large sliding glass doors to the lower level private covered patio, to the top deck, and directly to the lake.
- You may also enter the property through the front door, which enters into the stairwell and takes you up to the middle floor (or down to the ground floor bedroom). The middle floor has the living room with a sofa (pulls out to a queen-sized sleeper), loveseat, recliner, and huge 75” flatscreen TV; dining area with table seating for six (plus two barstools at the breakfast bar); kitchen; half bathroom; and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with beautiful expansive views of the lake and access to the outdoor deck.
- The top floor has a master bedroom with a queen bed, 65" flatscreen TV, two closets, and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and walk-in shower. The master bedroom windows look out over the deck to the lake, and you can open the shades in the morning to watch the sun rise over the lake from your comfy bed! There is enough room in the master for an air mattress or the pack ‘n play. Down the hall from the master bedroom is the ‘bunkbed’ room with 2 twin-sized bunkbeds, sleeping four, and another guest room with a queen bed. Both rooms have a closet and a dresser, but only the queen guest room has a TV. There is a shared full bathroom for these two rooms, with a tub/shower combo, toilet, and one sink.
- Outside there is direct lake access off the day dock to tie up your boat or personal watercraft. The decks have an outdoor dining table with seating for 6, two sets of two-person conversation sets with small tables, an outdoor sectional sofa, multiple shade umbrellas, and a retractable awning. A gas grill is also outside. Water amenities include: a day dock for your boat, two kayaks (1 single and one for a child/teen 130lbs and under), and life jackets (infant to adult sizes).
Though the property has two fireplaces, they are decorative rather than operable.
Parking is available in the one car garage, directly in front of the unit, and on a small residential parking lot for the complex.
Family games, kids books, a few kids toys, pack ‘n play, inflatable toddler bed, accordion-style/extendable/moveable baby gate, high chair, plastic cups/plates, forks/spoons, supply cups, etc. are all available at the property.
The televisions are all SmartTVs with pre-loaded apps for top streaming services -- e.g., Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, HBOMax, YouTubeTV, etc. Bring your on login and password to keep up with your binge watching!
