Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 20 m² studio in Hem which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a kitchenette, a nice bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 20 m² living room with sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, L'Or capsule coffee maker, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC
The apartment is ideally located in Hem, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close at hand. Good to know: 50 m from the bicycle and electric scooter station. Public transport 500 m away.

- Decathlon Arena-Stade Pierre Mauroy 10 minutes away
- Vélodrome de Roubaix 5 minutes away.
