This charming 145 m² house in Plouaret can accommodate up to 9 guests. It features a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a private courtyard of approx. 28 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you !

The apartment is composed as follows

First floor
- A 40 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (wood at extra cost)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Laundry room with washing machine
- Separate WC

On the 1st floor
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 : double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

2nd floor
- Bedroom 3 (under the roof) : a double bed (140×190) and a single bed, separated by a small partition.
- Bedroom 4 : one double bed (140×190)
- Shower room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A 28 m² private courtyard with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Plouaret, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby...

- Castle visits: Château de Tonquédec, Château de Rosando, Château de Kergrist, etc.
- Notre-Dame church (16th century), with its high altar and Louis XIV pulpit decorated with polychrome paintings, and a strange Gallo-Roman statue (l'Anguipède) featuring a horseman overcoming a mermaid.
- Chapelle Sainte-Barbe (16th century) and its calvary with buboes.
- Beach pétanque, kayak and paddles for hire, catamaran 30 min away.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The stairs in the apartment are steep and not suitable for small children.
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is available at an additional cost (20 euros per 50 cubic cm).
