The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 4 or outside, on the balcony or in the garden enjoying views of the mountains and the sea.
The studio has a double bed and 2 bunk beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The studio features air conditionning, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and cleaning products.
Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 30 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are allowed. The owner lives near the property.
