Beware! Do Not Book This Property
This booking was one of the worst experience i’ve ever had with a property! First of all we were supposed to get the home at 4pm and it wasn’t ready until 7pm when I called the property manager that was managing this home she gave me a BS story that because the home was so large it took longer to clean and that because it was a holiday they were short staffed…(how is that my problem?) She denied us a late check out to compensate for the lost time, and did not give us a compensation of any kind, I called VRBO and they also were not helpful at all and did nothing to make the situation a pleasant stay for us! On top of everything the home was not cleaned thoroughly, there was dental floss left in the bathroom, garbage in the rooms, an infestation of lady bugs in the upstair rooms, all the rooms were super dusty and spiderwebs everywhere, the home was NOT CLEAN and the cleaning fee is so HIGH. I don’t recommend this property at all!
