Homerez - Chalet 200 m away from the slopes with shared pool, sauna and terrace

This chalet, located in Le Dévoluy, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a shared pool from 02 December to 15 April, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, on the terrace enjoying views of the garden and the mountains.
The chalet has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 3 including a double bed, Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The chalet features cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 150 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (some charges may be applied). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. You can come with 2 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 20€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
A ski locker is at your disposal.
The station is closed from april to june and from october until beginning of december. the ski lifts will be closed and few shops will be open. The swimming pool is located 10 meters away of the property and will be open when the station is open. This is a semi-detached chalet, each with its own privacy. Bed linen and towels are available as an optional extra for €10 per person per week. if you stay longer, you can choose to keep the same sheets and towels or pay for new ones.
