Summary:
Cozy 2BR/1BA house only minutes away from downtown. Less than 2-miles away from River walk and Pearl you can get ANYWHERE in town with a short Uber drive. Please note a lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown just like any city, are not fully developed. If you are looking into staying a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for. This is a Great location for the price.

Guest Access:
Please be advised that there's a Guest House at the back of the Main house that's also a separate vacation rental home.

> Minimum age requirement to book is 21 years old
> Security Deposit: $250
> Also, please be advised that we take great pride in maintaining the appearance of our homes and we do have a weekly lawn maintenance scheduled.
> Kindly note that in addition to providing a valid ID and a picture of the last four digits of your credit card, you will also be required to submit a selfie.

Interaction with Guests:
