This family-friendly Phoenix home is in the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes to Paradise Valley and less than 10 minutes to north Scottsdale. For all the Golf lovers there are several Golf Courses within 10 miles of the property. Lets not forget walking distance to your neighborhood grocery store and Starbucks!

Fantastic Stay in Paradise Valley

Our family of 4 had a great stay for our recent spring break trip. Property was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed all of the amenities offered. We would definitely consider this property for a future stay in the Phoenix area!

Great place, huge common area both inside and out for a larger group. Super fast communication and they take the time to make sure you have everything you need.

Wonderful

Property was great and neighborhood was central to everything we wanted to do. Very nice bedrooms and plenty of room for family. Owners provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Also provided laundry pods and dish/dishwasher detergent. A little too cold to swim in the pool but the hot tub was perfect. Overall a wonderful stay.

Great house in a great location!

This property has everything you need. Lots of space and comfortable for everyone. Kitchen is stacked. We did buy and left behind a coffee maker because Keurig coffee is sinful😂. Hosts were very responsive. This is property is clean and a great value!

Pro- Managers quick to respond. Master bedroom is very large. Things that are listed are there. Kitchen area is stocked. Murals are the same as in pics. Things weren’t broken. Con-Bedrooms we’re small (only master was very large) and made the beds look like full size vs queens. The patio cushions are old/ripped. Backyard is basic. Only 1 bathroom for all bedrooms outside of the master bedroom. You buy your own propane for the fire pit and grill.

Spacious with cute decor

This house was a nice home base for my college roommates (now in our 40s) on our annual long weekend together. The living space and kitchen area were great- ample space for all 6 of us to make some of our meals at the house and lounge and hang out together in the evenings. We appreciated all of the sleeping spaces and the cute décor. The back yard seemed a little junky… the cushion covers on the furniture around the fire pit were completely shredded, and the boards for the bags/ cornhole game looked like they were rotting and falling apart- neither had seemed to weather the elements well. We did not plan on using the pool due to the temps in February, but it didn’t look useable to us anyway. It sounds like there had been high winds right before our stay, and I assume the pool is kept up nicer during the time of year that people would actually be using it. We did enjoy the hot tub in the mornings and evenings, as well as the daytime sun from the loungers. The location of the house was great- super accessible from main roads and nice proximity to hiking, restaurants, and shopping. We didn’t have a key to access the laundry for check-out- I’m not sure what happened there, but the property managers were quick in responding to help us try to figure it out. We actually contacted them about a handful of issues and they did respond quickly. One more thing that seems worth mentioning—there is a friendly neighborhood rooster. By friendly, I mean vocal! BUT it didn’t really get cranking until about a quarter to 8 each morning, so not at the crack of dawn, thankfully. This is obviously no fault of the owners and not a major detriment to the house itself, but it was noticeable, especially from the back bedroom (with the 2 beds/ blue headboards). You just might not want to put your later/ lighter sleepers back there. :)

Quiet, clean, and well stocked!

This property was equipped with everything needed to truly ease into our stay. Although we were not able to use the pool due to the time of year, pool temp, and weather, we definitely enjoyed the comfortable hot tub, gas fire table, and yard games! The home is situated in a very quiet neighborhood and minutes from every store and restaurant imaginable. We enjoyed the nearby parks, and appreciated being minutes away from from family-friendly hiking spots. The kitchen/living room area is spacious and accommodated the 7 of us nicely. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the property definitely met our expectations. Thanks to the property managers for their excellent communication!

June trip

This property was on point! All the amenities were nice and new. There was plenty of kitchen gadgets, i.e. pots n pans, mixing bowls and utensils. Even some containers for leftovers! There was a cabinet full of spices, pancake syrup and things that were super helpful. Theres also conplementary washing machine pods. There were plenty of towels as well as some for the pool and hot tub. Nice quality toilet paper and paper towels😁 The pool was super clean and fun for the kids and adults. The lights in the backyard made it look so nice back there. They do have cameras outside on the property facing the pool and hot tub that I was unaware of that made me feel uncomfortable. After discussing w the owners they are there for their protection. The only suggestions would be to put ceiling fans in the back 2 bedrooms. This is a fabulous property. I would highly recommend it.

Pool deck by pool steps and turf area had strong, unpleasant urine smell. We were able to remedy by hosing off the pool deck. 2 patio chairs in the turf area were broken and uncomfortable. BBQ grill was VERY dirty and took time and lots of manual labor to clean. The propane tanks were empty and it is the responsibility of the tenant to fill, according to the house instructions. I had to pay for a full propane exchange in order to use the fire pit and grill twice and left a full tank. The bedrooms all were hot at night and need fans. The house was very clean. Every bedroom has a tv-which we liked and the house was very well stocked.

Girls weekend!

Perfect PHX long weekend…. Good space, lots of beds, short drive to Kirkland area for restaurants & shopping. Property manager was excellent-very helpful when needed. The neighborhood is “turning over,” so we didn’t walk as much as I thought we would, but you cannot control things like that. We felt very safe in the home/yard. Kitchen had everything we needed. Check out demands were minimal compared to some other properties we’ve stayed in. A+ - would rent again

Low key family time

This home was great for our spring break with our toddler and elderly parents! Spacious, clean, and great covered and uncovered outdoor spaces so we could all be outside whether in the direct beautiful sunshine or not! Safe neighborhood for walking to parks, close to coffee and yummy food choices for easy pick up!!

GREAT House

This house was in a wonderful location to everything that we wanted to do. Neighborhood was quiet, which was nice! We enjoyed the pool, and a hot tub got added while we were there. A great place for a little get-away! Easy to check in and out! We really enjoyed our stay. I would rent this house again!
