Renovated in a seaside style with meticulous decoration, you can fully enjoy the garden (800 m2) and your favorite activities thanks to the spacious garage that will accommodate surfboards, bicycles, beach equipment, strollers, and more.”

Everything is accessible by bike: the center of Saint-Gilles-Croix-De-Vie with shops and markets, the marina, the embarkation point for Ile d’Yeu, and the various beaches1. 🚲🌊


We can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. The sleeping capacity is 10.
