Strawberry Water sleeps 13. The property has wood burners, smart TVs, ample sofas and fully equipped kitchens along with several toilets, showers and bathrooms.

The open plan downstairs areas are fully furnished and decorated in an individual and characterful vintage style. The communal dining area provides seating for all guests.
Luxury bed linen and towels are provided for the guests.

The extensive gardens surrounding the property are private and peaceful with terraces, patios, lawns, seating areas and tables. A babbling stream runs by the house. There is a flat, short walk to the dramatic beach and coast path. Look up 'Strawberry Water, Welcombe'.

Our changeover day is normally Friday. If you would prefer a different changeover day, please do contact us to see if that can be accommodated.

“Strawberry Water was a brilliant place to spend a week. A little off the beaten track, but that suited us perfectly. The house itself had bags of character and was incredibly well thought out. Comfortable and spacious, but also snug. The freestanding bath in the master bedroom was ace! There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. The gardens were something else! The beach was a short walk down a beautiful path. Being off the beaten track it was never too busy. Ideal for scrambling, exploring rock pools and swimming. Can’t really fault it. The house is within easy walking distance to Welcombe Mouth which is an amazing, wild and authentic pebbled beach. “We had the most fantastic week at Strawberry Water - the house is extremely comfortable and well equipped. There was plenty to do from the house - you can walk to a beach and in 10 minutes you're on the South West Coastal Path. Just a short drive away are fantastic sandy beaches (we went to Sandymouth three times) and we had a great day at Hartland Abbey. The area is beautiful, the local pub (which does excellent food) is within walking distance or you can just stay at the house and relax in the lovely gardens: we even saw buzzards on our last evening.
