When your legs have had enough for the day, venture back to the condo and soak in one of the three outdoor hot tubs, take a dip in the heated pool that overlooks the ski mountain, or warm your toes in front of the gas fireplace. Additional complex features include a fitness room, free underground parking, a poolside patio, outdoor gas grills, a conference room, and a complimentary on-call shuttle in winter.

For those who might need a break from the slopes, this condo is situated in the heart of Ski Time Square, where exclusive shops and restaurants are waiting for you. Whether you prefer an intimate dinner with your significant other, fresh Mexican food, or a wood-fired pizza and beer, everything is right outside your door!

The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Loud construction noise may be heard between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. through November 1st.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
