Lone Pine Tree By The Beach - Just steps from the ocean

We are located a short walk (approximately 450 feet) to the family-friendly, pristine beaches of Surfside on the Atlantic Ocean. The first floor of this townhome was recently remodeled (2021) with modern fixtures and updates and a tankless water heater. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms can comfortably sleep 10. Three of the bedrooms have their own full bath, queen beds, and flat-screen TVs. The bunk room consists of 4 custom built in beds and is set up as a kid/teen hangout spot. The well-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room offers an open concept for easy living.

Owners of the building reside in the upper unit of Lone Pine Tree by the Beach. This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Surfside Beach has an excessive noise ordinance particularly with quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Amazing

What a great place. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever stayed at. It was family friendly and they even had special sand toys waiting for the kids. The beach was family friendly and close to our house. Thank you for providing us as a family to enjoy Surfside.

This is the very best experience our family has ever had at the beach! The hosts were wonderful!

Everything was meticulously thought out for us. This was the cleanest property we've ever experienced. The bunk room for the kids was the favorite spot only behind the beach. The very easy and short walk required no golf cart. We are booked for next year. Love this place. Love the host and love Surfside!

Family Base Camp for Ripken Experience

The house was clean, comfortable, close to the beach and restaurants and quite relaxing. Keyless check-in went seamlessly. There were even beach towels to use during our stay. There were four adults and two teenagers in our party and there was more than enough space for us to not feel cramped. Very clean, quiet and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect rental!

We loved everything about this rental! The location was in easy walking distance to the beach and beach access. The rental itself easily accommodated our group of 10, and the kids’ bunk room was a hit! The owners were very accommodating and accessible! Very impressed with the owners providing “starter” items like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Soooo considerate for renters just arriving! Beds were very comfortable! ZERO complaints! Highly recommend this rental!

Our family moved to Surfside Beach in 2020. When we first found our diamond in the rough, we knew we had to bring life back into our place by completely renovating the property. Our house took on the name "Lone Pine Tree by the Beach" as it the only pine green house within surrounding blocks. It also reminds us of our mountain roots.
